Light and refreshing homemade Cranberry Juice (Cran-Apple) Juice that is simple to make and only needs 5 ingredients. It's sweet and tart with so many health benefits. Try this recipe out for a delicious homemade drink.
Boil Cranberries over high heat for 10-15 minutes in a pot of water, then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes or until they have softened and the majority have popped
Squeeze fresh limes and add lime juice to pot
Allow to cool then Strain the juice into a heat safe container using a mesh strainer and press cranberries through strainer to get all the flavor
Juice or blend apples, strain if necessary, and add to cranberry juice
Add Sweetener of choice to taste (optional)
If you want to spice it up a bit, add a shot of ginger juice
Allow to cool and Enjoy!
Transfer the juice to an airtight jar/bottle and store in the fridge for later.
