Crispy Fried Chicken Wings Recipe
Start by removing chicken wings from package and adding them to a bowl.
Add water and lime juice and wash the chicken with hot water to remove any impurities like feathers or extra fat.
Pat the wings dry and set to the side.
Make your seasoning mix in a separate bowl and mix together.
Sprinkle seasoning mix on both sides of the wings and use hands to mix together.
In a separate bowl, make your flour mixture bu adding your bowl and the same seasonings you used for the chicken wings and mix together.
Then, pour your buttermilk in another bowl.
Now, it time to make your chicken wing batter.
Dip your wings into the buttermilk, then the flour, then back into the flour, and set aside.
Once you do that for all your wings, allow them to sit aside for 5-10 minutes.
Heat your oil in your deep fryer or frying pan.
Add your wings to the frying oil and fry until crispy and golden brown.
Set the wings on some paper towels or a wire rack to drain the excess oil.
Buffalo Wings Recipe
Grab your favorite buffalo wing sauce.
Add it to a saucepan and heat the sauce up on medium heat,
