Haitian Epis, or Caribbean green seasoning is a delicious blend of herbs, vegetables, and spices that will elevate all of your meals. Use as a marinade or a base for seasoning meats, legumes, soups, stews, and more. The perfect addition for all your dishes from breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Roughly chop the vegetables and herbs and lay to side.
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Add your oil, lime juice, and vinegar.
Begin blending by pulsing, then blend until smooth. Add extra oil if needed for an even blend,
Transfer to airtight containers or ice cubes. Store in refrigerator for 1 week or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
When ready to use. add onto meats as a marinade, or add to cooking oil when meal prepping. Allow to sauté, then continue on with normal steps when preparing meal. If using ice cube or freezer method, allow to thaw to room temperature before use.
