- Potatoes. Any potato variety works for this recipes. You can use Idaho potatoes, yellow potatoes, or even sweet potatoes.
- Cajun Seasoning. A spicy seasoning blend that will a beautiful flavor to your fries.
- Oil. I’m using Extra Virgin Olive Oil for this recipe. But you can use whatever you have on hand.

How To Make Cajun Fries at Home
PREHEAT AIR FRYER. Set your air fryer for 3 mins at 400°F to preheat.
CUT POTATOES. Rinse off your potatoes and pat dry, then cut them into wedges or shoe-string size. You can remove the peel if you’d like, I like to keep mines on.
SEASON FRIES. Drizzle a little olive oil, then Sprinkle Cajun Seasoning on fries. Mix together to evenly coat all french fries.
AIR FRYER CAJUN FRIES. Add fries into the air fryer, then cook fries for 18-20 minutes at 400°F in air fryer or until golden brown. Don’t forget to shake the pan halfway through to flip the fries over and cook them evenly on both sides. Serve with come ketchup or another dressing fresh and hot and enjoy!
TIPS: You can line your air fryer with aluminum foil or an air fryer liner to avoid the fries from sticking to the basket.

Air Fryer Cajun Fries
Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes
- 3 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes at 400°F.
- Wash potatoes with water to remove any dirt then pat dry with paper towel.
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Drizzle olive oil onto potato wedges.
- Sprinkle cajun seasoning on both sides and mix to evenly coat.
- Add fries into air fryer basket.
- Set Air Fryer to 400°F for 20 minutes to cook cajun fries.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
