We are are using thin cut short ribs for this recipe and which not only makes this quicker to make but also allows you enjoy the delicious robust beef short rib flavor.

This recipe will keep you warm and full. And you’ll be more than happy when you have some leftovers the next day, or should I say if you have any left over.

I made this on a cold winter night for dinner, marinaded the short rib, and seared it on the skillet. Used the extra flavor to create a delicious sauce, and mixed in my pasta.

If pasta was healthier, i might’ve finished the entire pan myself. Try this short rib pasta recipe out yourself, and fall in love with the beautiful combination of textures and flavor. Enjoy!

How To Make Short Rib Linguine Pasta

PASTA: Start with choosing your pasta. I love a good linguine. Start by boiling and salting some water, adding a splash of olive oil and a sprig of thyme, then cooking your pasta until it’s al dente.

SHORT RIB: Clean your meat with some lime juice. Then season on both sides, and let marinate for 10 minutes, minimum. If your short rib comes with the bone still in, cut them into bite sized pieces.

VEGGIES: Dice up some onions, tomatoes, and mash your garlic cloves.

PASTA SAUCE: Heat up some olive oil. Sear your short rib on both sides until cooked through. Add your vegetables, cooking wine, tomato sauce, and heavy cream. Then add your pasta, mix reduce, and serve.

Flavorful and Delicious Short Rib Linguine Pasta that's super simple to make. Make dinner a meal to remember with this pasta recipe that is layered with herbs and savory spices is less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Linguine
  • 1 pound Thin Cut Beef Short Rib
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 medium Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Red Bell Pepper
  • ¼ cup Arugula
  • 1 tbsp White Cooking Wine
  • 2 cups Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin

Seasonings:

  • 2 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 2 tsp Bleck Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Boil a pot a water, add salt, olive oil, and a sprig of thyme.
  • Add your pasta and cook until it’s al dente. For about 6-8 minuted.
  • Clean the short rib with the juice of one lime. Soak for about 1 -2 minutes in cold water to remove any bone fragments on the meat.
  • Season the short rib on both sides.
  • Allow to marinate for 10 minutes, minimum. If your short rib comes with the bone still in, cut them into bite sized pieces.
  • Dice up the vegetables onions, tomatoes, red bell peppers, and mash your garlic cloves.
  • Heat up the extra virgin olive oil.
  • Sear your short rib on both sides until cooked through then remove from the pan.
  • Using the same pan, add your vegetables and sautee for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the white cooking wine and mix.
  • Add the tomato sauce and heavy cream and mix. Allow to cook and reduce.
  • Add the meat back into the pan and add the pasta.
  • Mix and cook for 1 more minute.
  • Serve on a plate and enjoy!.
