Cranberry Apple Juice
Ingredients
- 12 oz Whole Cranberries 1 package
- 4 -6 whole Apples juiced
- 2 L Water
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 Lime juiced
Instructions
- Rinse whole cranberries and apples.
- Boil Cranberries over high heat for 10-15 minutes in a pot of water, then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes or until they have softened and the majority have popped
- Squeeze fresh limes and add lime juice to pot
- Allow to cool then Strain the juice into a heat safe container using a mesh strainer and press cranberries through strainer to get all the flavor
- Juice or blend apples, strain if necessary, and add to cranberry juice
- Add Sweetener of choice to taste (optional)
- If you want to spice it up a bit, add a shot of ginger juice
- Allow to cool and Enjoy!
- Transfer the juice to an airtight jar/bottle and store in the fridge for later.
